Hands OFF! Protest Boston

On April 5th, 2025 a mass of smart, courageous people marched through the rain from Boston Common to Government Center where Mayor Michelle Wu spoke in favor of the issues we are facing with the destruction of the USA under the hands of the shameful oligarchy that has somehow managed to seize authority. In show of opposition the Dropkick Murphy’s joined the masses and played a free show clearly displaying the outrage Americans have for the crumbling of our constitution and democracy.

I spoke to someone yesterday who was in support of Trump and the oligarchy yesterday “it just hasn’t happened yet but everything is going to change and start getting better soon, it will” he said with uncertainty. If this is the mindset of all those brainwashed into following this march into hell. The situation is exactly as follows in metaphoric example.

You have a party, invite lots of people, friends and family, it’s a full house. Everything is going well until a fire starts. Your home and everyone in it is in danger and the fire is spreading fast. Once shock lessens people on the left get focused and plan to call the fire department, or escape the house. Trump supporters are standing there in the farthest, safest corner blocking the door and phone. People scream to call the fire department or open the door to escape as all while the right is saying “no, we don’t need firemen, the firewill put itself out, ALL fires eventually go out on their own, lets just wait” and they wait and wait. Soon enough the entire house, every thing inside, and all the people inside burn to death. This country is the house, and we’re all stuck inside while the people in charge of the door and the phone are burning us alive.
